KD7MW:  This page clearly shows how tuners get messed up at very low impedances.

DJ0IP:  Agree, now imagine what would happen if the user placed a 4:1 balun instead of a 1:1 balun in front of the matchboxes!  That means the very low impedances would become even lower, and the medium impedance would become low.

Patience please.  After all, Rome wasn't destroyed in a single day!
