ALL versions of Ver.3.0 were made with the 4:1 Ruthroff 18.5% from the end with the 1:1 Guanella.   It uses the exact same two baluns and coax/wire as Version 1.  Only the position of the feedpoint has changed.  The 4:1 Ruthroff for this and future versions are configured as an UNUN.

With the feedpoint located at 18.5%, the SWR curves changed slightly.
